Shipping, delivery & collection at Schmatzepuffer

Schmatzepuffer stands for personalised baby gifts for births & christenings, made with great care in our own workshop. Here you will find all the key information about shipping costs, delivery times and personal collection in Bocholt.

As many of our products are individually personalised, the carrier’s transit time comes in addition to our processing time. The shipping costs shown for your delivery address during checkout take precedence.

Shipping within Germany

Standard shipping is with DHL or GLS.

  • For merchandise worth up to €49.99: €5.90 shipping
  • For merchandise worth €50.00 or more: free standard shipping

You will receive a shipping confirmation after dispatch. Delivery within Germany usually takes 1–2 working days.

Shipping within the European Union

In addition to Germany, we ship to the following 25 EU member states. Cyprus is currently excluded from shipping.

Shipping to Switzerland

Shipping for customers in Switzerland is handled through our partner MeinEinkauf.

  • Shipping costs: CHF 14.90
  • MeinEinkauf handles the process, including customs clearance.

Production and delivery times

  • Items without personalisation: usually ready to ship within 1–3 working days.
  • Personalised items: usually ready to ship within 3–5 working days.
  • Delivery within Germany: usually 1–2 working days after dispatch.
  • Delivery within the EU: usually 2–6 working days after dispatch, depending on the destination country.

The processing time until your order is ready to ship is not included in the transit time. If the information on the product page differs, the time stated there applies. Delivery times are estimates and may vary by destination country and delivery region.

Whether a statutory right of withdrawal exists depends on the legal requirements and exceptions in the individual case. Certain individually made goods may be excluded from the right of withdrawal.

Legal basis

Section 356a BGB governs the electronic withdrawal function. Section 355 BGB contains the general rules on withdrawal. Art. 246a § 1 (2) and (3) EGBGB governs information duties concerning the right of withdrawal and its exceptions. Section 312g (2) no. 1 BGB may exclude goods made to individual specifications or clearly tailored to personal needs from the statutory right of withdrawal.
